1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note: During high-volume seasons (like sales or holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For our customers' convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

  • Our delivery partner will contact you before delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the payment.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on our logistics partner's website.

5. Damages and Issues

Wellness Mart is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the parcel was opened before payment. However, if you receive your order damaged from the inside or if any item is missing:

  • Please take a photo/video of the damaged item.

6. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer refuses to accept the COD delivery, the order will be cancelled. If you wish to re-ship the order, additional shipping charges may apply.
